Kratom leaves contain Mitragynine, which has a stimulating, yet relaxing effect in smaller doses. Higher doses induce an opiate-like effect.
KRATOM THAI DOSAGE
The recommended regular dose for an experience is a half or full pack (5-10g). The dried leaves can be chewed and eaten or added to hot water or tea.
